Are your products authentic?

Yes. LuxWell only sources genuine products directly from authorized brands and distributors — including Herbalife, Dr. Berg, Leading Edge Health, Promescent, and 40+ other trusted brands. We do not sell counterfeit or gray-market items.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days across Egypt. See our Shipping Policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payment. All prices are listed in EGP.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Some personal care items may be excluded for hygiene reasons. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
