We want you to be happy with your LuxWell purchase. If you're not satisfied, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page to start a return or exchange.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care and wellness items may not be eligible for return once opened.
