As i get older, I find I suffer from lumbar discomfort more and more. I like that this lumbar cushion serves multiple purposes in one device, it saves me the cost of buying extra gear like a red light belt. Really good value here for all it does. I’ve been using it daily since I got it and it has been really helpful and comfortable to use. I’ve tried other hard, plastic lumbar stretchers that definitely were not comfortable. Rather than plastic, this cushion is filled with high-density memory foam. It fits my lower back curve perfectly, providing cozy support, without discomfort. There are 4 buttons that control all the options and they are straightforward to use. I can use any of the 4 features individually or in tandem. The options are for red light, heat, airbag traction and vibration. It is extremely user-friendly and completely cordless so I can use it freely anywhere. Use it while lying supine after doing yoga, use it while watching television. It makes me feel so much better after using it, I really look forward to that part of my day. Excellent lumbar cushion, I would recommend to anyone with back issues.
